1. Scope and affirmative agreement
These Terms govern purchases from Stellar Labs through this website. Review the full terms and linked policies before ordering. By affirmatively accepting them at checkout, you agree to the versions displayed for your order. Merely browsing or opening a policy page does not constitute checkout acceptance.
2. Research-only eligibility
You must be at least 21 and meet the qualifications and restrictions in our Research Use Agreement. Products are solely for legitimate in vitro and laboratory research, not for human or animal use. If ordering for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. Eligibility declarations do not verify professional credentials.
3. Order information and review
Provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, and research information. Review the product, specifications, quantity, price, shipping charges, and any taxes shown before placing your order. Stellar Labs may request information reasonably needed to review eligibility and may decline or cancel orders inconsistent with research-use restrictions, subject to applicable law. If we cancel an order without supplying the products, we will refund payments for canceled products and associated charges as required by law.
4. Final sales, refunds, and store credit
Purchases are subject to our Refund & Store Credit Policy. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, all sales are final and we do not offer voluntary refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations. We may offer goodwill store credit at our discretion when no legal remedy is owed. Credit is not guaranteed and does not replace a legally required monetary refund. Contact us about damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or missing orders so we can assess the issue and provide any required remedy.
5. Shipping and mandatory rights
Where a shipping delay triggers a legal right to cancel, we will provide the required notice and cancellation/refund option. Nothing in these Terms or any incorporated policy limits statutory refund, cancellation, warranty, payment-dispute, or other rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory law controls over any conflicting provision.
6. Versions and acceptance records
The policy versions presented and accepted for your order govern that order. Later revisions do not retroactively remove your rights. At checkout we record your affirmative agreement, the accepted policy versions, and the acceptance time with your order. The entry gate separately remembers your agreement version for the browser session; entry does not replace checkout acceptance. You may request the policy version applicable to your order by contacting us.
