All sales final; no voluntary refunds
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, all sales are final. Stellar Labs does not accept returns or exchanges or offer refunds or cancellations for change of mind, accidental purchases, changes in research requirements, or a decision not to use the products. Review product descriptions, specifications, quantities, and delivery details before submitting your order.
Mandatory legal rights come first
Nothing in this policy or any other Stellar Labs agreement excludes, restricts, or waives a statutory refund, cancellation, warranty, payment-dispute, or other right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where applicable law entitles you to a refund or other remedy, we will provide it in the legally required form and within the required time. This includes applicable rights relating to unshipped or delayed orders, non-delivery, defective goods, or products that are incorrect or not as described. Store credit will not replace a legally required monetary refund. Any legally permitted choice of an alternative remedy must be voluntary and informed.
Order problems
For damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or missing orders, contact stellarlabsco@gmail.com promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request reasonable supporting information, such as photographs of the item and packaging, where relevant and available. Prompt reporting helps investigation; it is not a deadline that removes statutory rights. Do not return materials until we provide appropriate instructions. We will assess the issue and provide any remedy required by applicable law.
Discretionary goodwill store credit
When no refund or other remedy is legally required, Stellar Labs may offer store credit as a goodwill resolution, at its discretion and on a case-by-case basis. Credit is not guaranteed. Any offer will state its amount and applicable redemption conditions before you accept it. An offer in one case does not create an entitlement in another case. Any restrictions or expiry must comply with applicable law. Accepting goodwill credit does not waive non-excludable rights, and we will not require it as a condition of receiving a legally required refund.
Seller cancellations and shipping delays
If Stellar Labs cancels an order without supplying the products, we will refund payments for the canceled products and associated charges as required by law. Where a shipping delay triggers a legal right to cancel, we will give the required notice and cancellation/refund option. The final-sale policy does not override those obligations.
The policy version presented and accepted for your order governs that order. Later revisions do not retroactively remove your rights.
